TikTok Shop: Invalid or inaccurate product link
Invalid or inaccurate product linkWhat's happening
The product's link URL is malformed, mistyped, missing the scheme, or its destination cannot be reached, so TikTok cannot send shoppers to a working landing page and the item can't be advertised. TikTok's diagnostic dashboard reports this (and the sibling "Product link cannot be accessed") and asks that links be active, correctly spelled, and start with https:// or http:// (TikTok accepts either scheme, https is not mandatory).
linkManual fix
Open the affected URL in a private window to confirm it loads and is publicly reachable. Fix the source value if the scheme is missing or the path is wrong, and make sure your server does not restrict access to the product pages. Re-upload the feed once the links resolve.
Fix it with Emberfeed
When the URL is malformed in the source feed (missing scheme, stray encoding, trailing junk), a field rule normalises it across the whole catalog, and a filter rule can exclude products whose link is known bad so they do not drag the catalog down. Honest limit: if the landing page itself is down, 404s, or is access-restricted, that is a storefront fix, not a feed fix, Emberfeed cannot make a dead page live.
