Meta Catalog: Image rejected
The product image was rejectedWhat's happening
Meta's image policy rejects watermarks (in some placements), pixelated images, images with too much text overlay (e.g. >20% text per Meta's old "20% rule"), or copyrighted material. The 20% text rule is no longer enforced as a hard reject but still degrades distribution.
image_linkManual fix
Edit each affected product image to reduce text coverage, re-export, re-upload, wait for Meta to re-fetch.
Fix it with Emberfeed
Design templates with light text (the old 20% rule is gone, but Meta still discourages text-heavy images), no watermarks, and a high-resolution source photo. Emberfeed does not inspect the images themselves, so preview a few renders before you publish; image rejections show up in Meta's own diagnostics.

Emberfeed checks every product against Meta Catalog's required fields and format rules, and most problems come with a fix: a field rule for the whole feed or an override for one product. It also measures your product photos, while rendering them and in the background after each refresh, and flags the ones that are too small for Meta Catalog.
Emberfeed is a hosted tool: it imports your existing product feed, renders every product image through one template and serves a new feed URL for Meta, Google, TikTok, Heureka, Zboží.cz and Glami. It costs 25 € per feed per month, and the first 3 months are free on one feed up to 1,000 products.
